SINOPSIS La ciudad de Dakar crece a un ritmo infernal. En todas partes se construyen edificios. De vez en cuando el ruido ensordecedor de los aviones perturba la quietud de los pájaros posados en lo alto de los edificios; se echan a volar, y vuelven a posarse. África quiere desarrollarse a toda costa; no necesitamos encerrarnos en inmuebles, el sol brilla durante la casi totalidad del año.
SYNOPSIS La ville de Dakar grandit à un rythme infernal. Partout s’érigent des immeubles. De temps en temps, le bruit assourdissant des avions vient troubler la quiétude des oiseaux perchés sur le haut des immeubles; ils s’envolent puis reviennent s’y poser à nouveau. L’Afrique veut se développer à tout prix, nous n’avons pas besoin de nous enfermer dans des bâtiments, le soleil brille la presque totalité de l’année.
SYNOPSIS The city of Dakar grows at an infernal pace. Everywhere buildings are being constructed. Occasionally, the deafening noise of the planes distrubs the stillness of the birds that stay on the top of the buildings; they take off and fly back to rest. Africa wants to develop itself at all costs; but we do not need to lock ourselves inside buoldings, since the sun shines almost all year round.
